SERIES OF MARIOS ADVENTURE GAME

Marios Adventure: you must find the green '?' in order to complete each map. If you die even once though, it's game over!

In Marios Adventure, you must navigate your way around the maps with the aim of locating the green "?" spheres. Once you find one, simply jump into it and you have cleared that map and will teleport to the next one. Unlike other mario games, there are no powerups or anything and you don't die with one hit. Instead the green extra life mushrooms at the bottom right represent how many times you can be hit before dying. Also, if you die at anytime it's game over and you start from the beginning again. The maps are short but the iron man aspect of this game makes it tough!

Marios Adventure 2 is a simple mario game where you must clear each stage by jumping into a coin floating in a blue sphere. The stages are short and fast but they also get quite difficult. In Marios Adventure 2, if you die by falling in a pit, it's not game over but instead you start the level over as long as you have some life power left (see the bottom right of the screen). When you get hit by a Goomba, Koopa Troopa, or Plant you don't die but instead lose life power. If your life power reaches zero, then it's game over.

SERIES OF SUPER MARIO STAR SCRAMBLE GAME

Super Mario Star Scramble is a different type of Mario game than you are used to playing. Instead of rescuing Princess Peach from the evil clutches of Bowser or simply making it to the end of the stage alive, you must find and collect all of the Stars in order to open the exit door and proceed to the next level. Each level will tell you how many stars you must collect to complete it and many times you will need to back track all around the level rather than simply going left to right as many of the stars require you to step on "P" blocks to gain access to them. All said and done there are 10 levels to beat and you must proceed in numerical order.

Yet another installment of the popular Super Mario Brothers Star Scramble series, this 3rd chapter of the flash game has you searching the stage to collect 3 stars as you literally scramble around. The usual powerups like mushrooms and fire flowers will aid your quest along the way. Once you collect the 3 stars, the exit door will open, allowing you to continue on.

Paper Mario World features a sledge hammer wielding baby mario who can mash his enemies into smithereens

Paper Mario World has a unique plot in which Princess Peach has been kidnapped by the evil, plotting, S.O.B. Bowser... oh wait that's actually not unique at all. The unique part about this flash game though is that you play as Baby Mario and get to wield a Hammer that smashes the living snot out of all your typical Mario enemies like Goombas and Turtles and what have you. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

SERIES OF SUPER MARIO FLASH GAME

SERIES OF SUPER MARIO FLASH GAME 1 & 2

Super Mario Flash is one of the best Mario Games around. This flash game plays very much like Super Mario Bros. 3 with the cool overworld maps that require you to move around and select a level. Of course there are the usually warps and shortcuts as well that you can take advantage of and the music is spot on.

This flash game also comes with a sweet map editor that lets you create your own levels! It's time consuming but I've never seen anything like it before.

Super Mario Flash 2 is the most true emulation of Super Mario World available today. The game includes a standard overworld map that reveals more of itself as you clear each stage as well as all the familiar characters of Super Mario World like Goombas, Koopas, Mole Men, Charging Chuck (the football dude), and most importantly... Yoshi! Yoshi is true to his Super Mario World form being able to crush foes by jumping on them or collect coins by eating them and he can even breathe fire if he swallows a red shell. This is easily the best Super Mario flash game ever.

1. MARIO CART

Mario Cart is a flash game spinoff of.... you guessed it, Mario Kart. Wow I know that was a difficult one right? In Mario Cart, you race as Mario against Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi. There are 3 modes to choose from: Career, Single Race, & Time Trial. Career will see you pitted against the 3 other racers as you do battle on each of the 4 tracks in the game. Single race allows you to race the cpu opponents on any track of your choosing and of course Time Trial allows you to race against yourself as you try to beat your best time. Unlike Mario Kart, you do not collect items but instead can make use of the mushrooms (speed boost) placed on the track. Be sure to avoid the Bananas or you'll skid out and temporarily lose speed.

HOW TO PLAY SUPER MARIO WORLD - PART 2

In addition to the running and jumping moves found in past games, the player can float with the aid of special items and execute new types of jumps such as the spin jump.

The player navigates through the game via two game screens: an overworld map and a sidescrolling playfield. The overworld map displays an overhead representation of the current world and has several paths leading from the world's entrance to a castle. Paths connect to action panels, fortresses, ghost houses and other map icons, and allow players to take different routes to reach the world's goal. Moving the on-screen character to an action panel or fortress will allow access to that level's playfield. The majority of the game takes place in these levels, populated with obstacles and enemies, with the player traversing the stage by running, jumping, and dodging or defeating enemies. The player is given a certain amount of lives, which are lost when Mario is attacked by an enemy while small, falls into a pit or lava, or runs out of time. If all lives are lost at any point in the game, the "Game Over" screen will appear, in which the player can continue from the last level played by selecting "Continue". Each world features a final stage with a boss to defeat; each of the seven worlds feature fortresses controlled by one of the Koopalings, and the player also battles Bowser in his castle in the seventh world. In addition to special items from previous games like the "Super Mushroom" and "Fire Flower", new power-ups are introduced that provide the player with new gameplay options. In addition, the "Spin Attack" jump is initiated with the "A" button. The spin attack allows Mario or Luigi to break blocks beneath him.

OVERVIEW

23:48 Unknown 0 Comments

SuperMarioWorld_CED

Overview

Super Mario World is a two-dimensional platform game in which the player controls the on-screen protagonist (either Mario or Luigi) from a side view. The game shares similar gameplay mechanics with previous game titles in the series-Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, and Super Mario Bros. 3-but introduces several new elements. In addition to the operating and jumping techniques found in past games, the gamer can float with the aid of special items and execute new types of jumps like the spin jump.

The gamer navigates through the game via two game displays: an overworld map and a sidescrolling playfield. The overworld map shows an overhead representation of the current world and has several paths leading from the world's entry to a castle. Pathways hook up to action sections, fortresses, ghost properties and other map icons, and invite players to use different routes to attain the world's goal. Moving the on-screen identity for an action -panel or fortress allows usage of that level's playfield. A lot of the game occurs in these levels, populated with road blocks and enemies, with the participant traversing the level by jogging, jumping, and dodging or defeating enemies. The participant is given a degree of lives, that are lost when Mario is attacked by an adversary while small, comes into a pit or lava, or works out of time. If all lives are lost at any point in the overall game, the "Game Over" display screen will appear, where the player can continue from the previous level enjoyed by selecting "Continue". Each world includes a last level with a supervisor to defeat; each one of the seven worlds feature fortresses manipulated by one of the Koopalings, and the participant also fights Bowser in his castle in the seventh world. Furthermore to special items from past game titles like the "Super Mushroom" and "Flame Rose", new power-ups are created that provide the participant with new gameplay options. Furthermore, the "Spin Strike" jump is initiated with the "A" button. The spin strike allows Mario or Luigi to break blocks beneath him.

The new suit in the game is the cape feather, which gives Mario a cape and allows him to fly. This suit is also similar to the Tanooki Suit from Super Mario Bros. 3 in terms of gameplay mechanics but with a few alterations: the gamer can now hold the B button to take flight when Mario is able to achieve this, and can glide using the cape as a sail. However, the Super Leaf, Tanooki Suit, Frog Suit, and Hammer Suit power-ups from Super Mario Bros. 3 did not return. The game also released the ability to "store" an extra power-up in a container located at the top middle of the display. For example, if Super Mario obtains a Fireplace Blossom or Cape Feather or picks up another Super Mushroom, a Mushroom is stored in the container. If Cape Mario confirms a Fire Rose, a Cape Feather will be stored in the pack. The power-up can be released by pressing the Select button or will automatically deploy if Mario is struck by an adversary.

The overall game introduces Yoshi, a dinosaur companion whom Mario can ride and who's in a position to eat most enemies. If Yoshi makes an attempt to consume a Koopa or its shell, he'll carry it in his oral cavity for a time frame before swallowing it; Yoshi can also spit out the shell, that will work as if kicked by Mario. Yoshi profits special talents while retaining a shaded shell in his oral cavity: a blue shell permits Yoshi to take a flight, a yellowish shell triggers Yoshi to produce particles clouds that wipe out local enemies, and a red shell allows Yoshi to create three fireballs. Blinking Koopa shells produce all three ability, while inexperienced shells produce nothing. The default Yoshi is inexperienced, however the game also includes blue, yellowish, and red Yoshis; the participant can buy each Yoshi by finding its egg in Legend World and nourishing enemies to it until it matures. When retaining any Koopa shell in its oral cavity, a Yoshi benefits the ability that corresponds to its own color, in addition to that of the shell.

Super Mario World includes a multiplayer option which allows two players to learn the game by alternating turns at navigating the overworld map and accessing stage levels; the first player handles Mario, while the other handles Luigi. Although Mario and Luigi must generally navigate through seven worlds to reach the end of the game, the gamer can beat the game much faster by using the Celebrity Road routes. In addition, there are a number of levels which have concealed exits, so Mario can navigate Bowser's castle in several ways. Furthermore, the exploration of these secret stages can lead to other phases, such as Special World. Completion of Special World forever alters some sprites and the overworld map's color structure.
