Marios Adventure: you must find the green '?' in order to complete each map. If you die even once though, it's game over!
In Marios Adventure, you must navigate your way around the maps with the aim of locating the green "?" spheres. Once you find one, simply jump into it and you have cleared that map and will teleport to the next one. Unlike other mario games, there are no powerups or anything and you don't die with one hit. Instead the green extra life mushrooms at the bottom right represent how many times you can be hit before dying. Also, if you die at anytime it's game over and you start from the beginning again. The maps are short but the iron man aspect of this game makes it tough!
Marios Adventure 2 is a simple mario game where you must clear each stage by jumping into a coin floating in a blue sphere. The stages are short and fast but they also get quite difficult. In Marios Adventure 2, if you die by falling in a pit, it's not game over but instead you start the level over as long as you have some life power left (see the bottom right of the screen). When you get hit by a Goomba, Koopa Troopa, or Plant you don't die but instead lose life power. If your life power reaches zero, then it's game over.
Super Mario Star Scramble is a different type of Mario game than you are used to playing. Instead of rescuing Princess Peach from the evil clutches of Bowser or simply making it to the end of the stage alive, you must find and collect all of the Stars in order to open the exit door and proceed to the next level. Each level will tell you how many stars you must collect to complete it and many times you will need to back track all around the level rather than simply going left to right as many of the stars require you to step on "P" blocks to gain access to them. All said and done there are 10 levels to beat and you must proceed in numerical order.
Yet another installment of the popular Super Mario Brothers Star Scramble series, this 3rd chapter of the flash game has you searching the stage to collect 3 stars as you literally scramble around. The usual powerups like mushrooms and fire flowers will aid your quest along the way. Once you collect the 3 stars, the exit door will open, allowing you to continue on.
Paper Mario World features a sledge hammer wielding baby mario who can mash his enemies into smithereens
Paper Mario World has a unique plot in which Princess Peach has been kidnapped by the evil, plotting, S.O.B. Bowser... oh wait that's actually not unique at all. The unique part about this flash game though is that you play as Baby Mario and get to wield a Hammer that smashes the living snot out of all your typical Mario enemies like Goombas and Turtles and what have you. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
Super Mario Flash is one of the best Mario Games around. This flash game plays very much like Super Mario Bros. 3 with the cool overworld maps that require you to move around and select a level. Of course there are the usually warps and shortcuts as well that you can take advantage of and the music is spot on.
This flash game also comes with a sweet map editor that lets you create your own levels! It's time consuming but I've never seen anything like it before.
Super Mario Flash 2 is the most true emulation of Super Mario World available today. The game includes a standard overworld map that reveals more of itself as you clear each stage as well as all the familiar characters of Super Mario World like Goombas, Koopas, Mole Men, Charging Chuck (the football dude), and most importantly... Yoshi! Yoshi is true to his Super Mario World form being able to crush foes by jumping on them or collect coins by eating them and he can even breathe fire if he swallows a red shell. This is easily the best Super Mario flash game ever.
Super Mario Crossover packs your entire favorite Nintendo characters plus personalities into one nice flash game. The globe and setting are associated with the original Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo yet as opposed to only playing because Mario or Luigi, a person can now choose among: Mario, Link (from Zelda), Bill (from Contra), Claire (from Castlevania), Samus (from Metroid), or Megaman (from... yes, Megaman). You avoid simply play the overall game the particular same way as in case you were Mario although. Whoever you pick, you receive their skills too therefore be prepared to become shooting your enemies straight down from a distance in case you pick Bill or Samus. The downside is that will you cannot hop on your own enemies heads or encounters to knock them away. After completing each phase (or dying), you may pick a new character in case you wish so within this way you may maximize each character.
You drive left to right in a race with 2 other karts. The goal is of course to win the race by crossing the finish line first but there are all kinds of obstacles in your way from oil slick to ravines and of course the other drivers. 8 items await you and there are some unique ones too like the freeze gun. All in all a pretty solid remake here.

Infinite Mario
Contrary to the name of this flash game, Infinite Mario actually does end at some point. The question is when?
Infinite Mario randomly generates a new world each time you play the game. So every time you fire it up, you're having a unique experience. The generated worlds follow the Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World format of having a defined overworld map with levels, shortcuts, and what not to traverse through. The stages themselves are modeled after Super Mario World itself which everyone knows is the best Mario Bros. game ever made!
